Finding Our Office
We're located in central Leeds, easily accessible by public transport and with parking available nearby. Our office is on the fourth floor of a modern building on Wellington Place, just a short walk from Leeds railway station.
By Train
Leeds railway station is approximately ten minutes' walk from our office. Exit the station onto City Square, head north along Park Row, then turn right onto Wellington Street. Wellington Place is on your left after the Hilton hotel.
By Bus
Multiple bus routes stop near our office. The Wellington Place stop is served by routes 4, 16, 42, and 72. Alternatively, buses stopping on The Headrow or Park Row are within easy walking distance.
By Car
If driving, the nearest car parks are Wellington Place Car Park (directly beneath our building) and Q-Park City Centre on Westgate. Both offer all-day parking. On-street parking is limited and metered.
Accessibility
Our building has level access from the street, lift access to all floors, and accessible facilities throughout. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please mention them when arranging your visit so we can ensure everything is prepared.

Common Questions About Contacting Us
Briefly describe your situation, including which benefits are involved and what stage you're at in the process. Mention any urgent deadlines. Don't worry about providing extensive detail initially. We'll ask for more information during our conversation. Keep your email concise and focus on the key points.
We aim to respond to all emails within one business day. During busy periods this may occasionally stretch to two days, but urgent matters flagged clearly receive same-day attention. If you haven't heard from us within two business days, please follow up as your message may not have reached us.
While walk-ins are welcome, appointments ensure an advisor is available when you arrive and has time allocated for your discussion. Book an appointment by emailing us with your preferred dates and times. We'll confirm a slot and send you details about what to bring.
Absolutely. Many clients prefer video calls or phone consultations, especially if they live far from Leeds or have mobility challenges. We use secure video conferencing platforms and can handle most aspects of your case remotely. Face-to-face meetings are available but never required.
Brief initial discussions to determine whether we can help and which services apply to your situation are provided at no charge. These typically last fifteen to twenty minutes. Detailed case reviews require our eligibility assessment service, which has a fee. We're clear about this before any charges apply.
Contact us anyway. We'll honestly assess whether we're the right fit for your situation. If we can't help directly, we'll point you toward appropriate resources or services. Many people aren't certain what help they need until they discuss their situation with someone knowledgeable. That conversation costs nothing.
Who We Serve
While our office is in Leeds, we assist clients throughout the United Kingdom.
Distance doesn't limit our ability to help. The benefits system operates nationally, and most of our work is conducted remotely through email, phone calls, and video meetings. Clients from Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands receive the same quality of service as those who walk through our Leeds office door.
We're experienced with the specific requirements and variations across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Whether you're in a major city or a rural community, if you need help with UK benefits, we can assist.
